The idea is to help those people who, and there will be many, who maybe are struggling to come up with ways of using up fridge or freezer leftover bits, or looking for alternative ideas,
This is a cracking way to do this, but not only that, a frittata is tasty, brunch, lunch, snack, tea, supper and even great cold
As ive said, use up whatever ingredients you have, no need to be buying ingredients in for this, I’ve even thrown in leftover pasta!
