It’s a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on the incredible talent and quality of our Cumbrian producers. Supporting local food and sharing it in such a unique setting makes this a truly special celebration of everything our region has to offer — and for me, it’s also a real joy to be able to cook some wonderful dishes that showcase these amazing ingredients at their best.

Join us for an exclusive evening with Chef Jon Fell, with over 35 years’ experience working as a chef in the hospitality industry, 24 of these years spent right here on the west coast of Cumbria.
Seafood is Jon’s absolute passion, the West coast of Great Britain offering some of the finest, local and seasonal seafood available, key elements in his culinary style. Creating innovative, unique and flavourful dishes prepared with imagination, using quality ingredients are central to his food ethos, sourced wherever possible from the wealth of local and diverse Cumbrian suppliers.
