Crab Linguine

Now it sounds pretty simple, and in fairness it is, but, and here's the but! There are a number of things I'm going to insist on, firstly I urge you to have a go at making your own pasta! I can't emphasise enough how thoroughly chuffed you will be that you've made your own, go on give it a go And secondly the "sauce" should be warm! Gentle heat, I can't over state this enough, don't over heat it, you'll totally lose the fantastic tomato, crab and basil flavourI'm using crab, but as with all my recipes you can use different things, crab, lobster, mussels, clams etc This is a great simple, few ingredients dish, try it as a light lunch, supper or a nice little starter
